All Jammed Up Workshop

Having trouble with your jam setting? Join a taster half day session to find out the secrets of successful jam making. Celebrated preserve maker Lori Reich of Shute Fruit and Produce, (winner of the WI “Best Strawberry Jam in Britain”) is running this workshop especially for the Taste of the Teign food festival. Get ready for a morning of fun, friendship and lots of jam making practice and advice. Cost is only £27.00 for all the instruction, local ingredients and refreshments. That’s great value for a lifelong skill.

During the workshop you will make jams and lemon curd using different techniques. You stop for elevenses, but expect to be home by lunch time with a jar of everything made and a recipe booklet. The only thing you need to bring is an apron.
